Fake an Egg Pet Values: Full Price and Income Table
Fake an Egg pet values from common to divine, with egg prices, reported income, mutation and trait multipliers, and a fair way to value a trade.
"Value" in Fake an Egg gets used for three different things: what an egg costs, what a pet earns per second, and what another player will trade for it. Mixing them up is how people lose a Griffin for a handful of commons.
Everything below is a community estimate collected on October 26, 2026. The game does not publish an official value list, and it does not publish mutation multipliers. Where a number is missing, it is missing because we could not verify it — not because it is zero.

The three numbers that matter
Egg price is fixed by the game and printed on the egg label. It is the cost of one attempt, not the value of the pet inside.
Income per second is what the pet adds to your cash while it sits in your pen. This is the number that compounds.
Trade value is what other players will offer. It follows income, rarity, mutation and how recently the pet was available. It is the softest number of the three.
A pet can be expensive and weak (a bad roll at a high tier), or cheap and strong (a mutated common). Judge by income first.

How to value a pet yourself
You do not need a website to rank two pets. Use income per second and payback time.
Payback time = egg price ÷ income per second. It tells you how long the pet takes to earn back what the egg cost.
- Bunny: $30 ÷ $3.5 ≈ 9 seconds.
- Great Dane: $11,000,000 ÷ $400,000 ≈ 28 seconds.
- Griffin: $23,000,000 ÷ $689,000 ≈ 33 seconds.
Short payback sounds good, but absolute income decides how fast your account grows. A Bunny pays itself back in seconds and then earns $3.5 a second forever. A Griffin takes half a minute longer to break even and then earns $689,000 a second. At scale, the Griffin is in a different universe.
Cash per hour = income per second × 3,600. A Griffin at $689,000/s produces about $2.48 billion per hour before food bonuses. That is why one Griffin steal can reset an account.
Mutations: Gold, Diamond and Rainbow
Eggs can hatch with a mutation prefix. The prefix multiplies income, and the multiplier is not published. Community testing treats Rainbow as the strongest, Diamond next, Gold weakest, but nobody has a clean official number.
Practical rules:
- A mutated lower-rarity pet can beat a plain higher-rarity pet. Check the income line before selling.
- Do not pay a huge premium for a mutation you cannot verify in a trade window.
- Mutations do not change the pet's rarity label, only its output.
Traits and weather multipliers
Traits come from weather events and have published multipliers in community documentation. Unlike mutation multipliers, these are specific enough to plan around.
| Trait | Weather | Cash multiplier |
|---|---|---|
| Disco | Dance Party | x2 |
| Haunted | Halloween | x2 |
| Sea | Underwater | x3 |
| Cursed | Blood Moon | x3.5 |
| Volcano | Volcano | x4 |
| Acid | Acid Rain | x4.5 |
| Meteor | Meteor Shower | x5.5 |
| Electric | Electric Storm | x6 |
| Tornado | Tornado | x6.5 |
| Eclipse | Solar Eclipse | x7 |
Multipliers from community documentation updated October 25, 2026; confirm in-game before trading around them.
The Weather Machine near the shark cage can trigger weather with Robux. That makes trait hunting a real money strategy for players who spend, and a waiting game for everyone else. Do not stand in a pen during a weather event expecting a free trait; the pet has to be out and the event has to apply.
What actually drives trade value
Four things, in order:
- Income per second. The base number.
- Availability. Halloween and admin-event pets are worth more while the event is live and less after it ends.
- Mutation. A Rainbow version of a scarce pet is the top of the market.
- Rarity. Matters for bragging and for Index completion, less for cash than beginners expect.
A "rare" pet with poor income is not a good trade. If someone offers three Mythics for your Griffin, check their incomes, not their labels.
FAQ
What is the most valuable pet in Fake an Egg? By documented income, Celestial-tier pets such as Cuca (about 2.5 million/s in trade listings) and the Griffin (about 689,000/s from a player recording) are at the top. The Wyvern costs more but has no verified income figure.
Are these values official? No. They are community estimates from player recordings, egg labels and trade listings collected on October 26, 2026.
How much is a Rainbow pet worth? More than its plain version, but there is no official multiplier. Compare the income shown in the trade or pen, not the prefix alone.
Why do some pets have no income number? Because no reliable recording exists. We would rather leave a cell blank than invent a number that gets someone scammed.
Do values change after updates? Yes. Balance patches and new rarities move both income and demand. The date at the top of this page is the date the table was checked.
Where can I compare pets by usefulness instead of price? The best pets tier list ranks them by role, the egg list covers costs, and the money guide turns income into a progression plan.
